DASHSKINS' goal is to democratize the trade of virtual CS:GO items and the conversion of these items into real money. To this end, an ecosystem of integrated services was created through its platform (Marketplace).

When you register on the platform, you are creating a user that will allow you to operate as a part of the system. To do this, it is necessary for your data to be shared among all those who are part of the DASHSKINS staff. In item 5. “Information Sharing” you will find more information about this.

DASHSKINS is responsible for processing the personal data of users and visitors to its Platform.

DASHSKINS collects your personal information so that you can enjoy our services and so we can continuously improve them.

In some cases, the information will be provided by you, when registering or providing information when using one of our services. In others, we collect it automatically, such as when you browse our pages, or use our services. We may also collect your information from other reliable sources.

We want you to know that you are not required to provide us with the personal information indicated below; however, it is an essential requirement for you to be able to contract with and/or have any type of relationship with DASHSKINS, and if you do not provide this information, we will not be able to provide you with our services, or our ability to do so may be significantly impaired. The inaccuracy or inaccuracy of the personal data you provide may lead to the suspension of the Services. Likewise, DASHSKINS may permanently suspend or disable users who violate this Privacy Statement.

Data we collect:

1. a. information you provide to us directly when you register or use our services:

   • "nickname" to operate on the DASHSKINS platforms;
   • full name;
   • valid document or identification number (CPF);
   • contact information (such as address, phone number, and email address);
   • bank account details (such as bank, branch, account, and PIX key);
   • Trade URL and Steam user ID.

2. b. information we collect automatically, regardless of whether you are registered or not:

   • information about the devices or computers from which you access the DASHSKINS platform and other automatically captured data (such as the browser type or version or operating system, settings, and parameters);
   • IP address of the internet you use when you connect to our services or browse our websites;
   • information about transactions and movements on DASHSKINS platforms (purchases, sales, payments, withdrawals, transfers, questions, complaints, and chat messages);
   • information about your location (geolocation), which can be used to offer discounts, product offers, among others.

3. c. information we may collect from other sources:

   • information collected for crime and fraud prevention purposes as required by law;
   • credit information obtained from credit risk databases and/or publicly accessible sources, in accordance with applicable law;
   • data used for identity validation, obtained from secure and reliable sources, such as public agencies, service providers, or business partners with whom we work.

The collection and processing of your Personal Information allows us to provide an excellent service so you can carry out transactions quickly and securely and offer features that best suit your needs.

DASHSKINS may use your Personal Information for the following purposes:

1. a. provide the products, services, and/or benefits offered by the platform such as:

   • identify and contact you;
   • register you in our systems;
   • verify your identity in compliance with legal requirements;
   • provide the products, services, and/or benefits that you request or contract with us;
   • prepare and maintain a record of the operations performed, as well as inform you about them and provide proper follow-up;
   • provide support to users;
   • address your comments, complaints, and suggestions, in addition to providing support;
   • create profiles for credit analysis purposes;
   • judicial and/or extrajudicial collection;
   • facilitate the sending of products listed on the DASHSKINS marketplace;
   • offer the services and features that best meet your needs and personalize our services to make your experiences with DASHSKINS as comfortable as possible;
   • contribute to the security of relationships, communications, and transactions between the users of our platform.

2. b. improve and develop new services and offer you a better experience with the platform:

   • conduct internal studies on your interests and behaviors, to offer you better services and products, as well as perform statistical studies;
   • create profiles by analyzing various variables, such as conduct or interactions on the platform, analysis and prediction of economic capacity, preferences, interests, transaction history, behavior, and location, among others, to improve our commercial and promotional initiatives, display advertising or promotions, banners of interest, and improve our content and service offerings;
   • train our team to improve the services offered to users;
   • provide information through different channels (by email, short text messages (SMS), push messages, phone calls, or any other means) about improvements or new functions or services on the platform.

3. c. comply with the obligations and legal requirements of the competent authorities:

   • comply with the regulations applicable to DASHSKINS in general;
   • comply with crime prevention standards and the information requirements of competent administrative or judicial authorities in accordance with Brazilian law;
   • comply with tax regimes for collection, registration, information, auditing, and billing, at any level of government (e.g., federal, state, and municipal).

4. d. detect and prevent related fraud, abuse, and crimes in order to protect the security of our users, such as:

   • make the platform grow sustainably and securely through tools and actions to prevent fraud and related crimes;
   • train the automated fraud detection and prevention algorithm model.

5. e. protect the rights of users, third parties, or DASHSKINS itself:

   • defend the tangible and intangible rights and assets of DASHSKINS;
   • claim the rights of DASHSKINS in case of violation of its Terms and Conditions;
   • allow other users or third parties to claim their rights.

6. f. make announcements and advertising and promotional campaigns:

   • contact you through different channels (by email, short text messages (SMS), push messages, phone calls, or other means) for advertising and/or promotional purposes for DASHSKINS and/or third-party products and services;
   • carry out any type of marketing, advertising, commercial prospecting, and/or market research activity.

Some of the described purposes may not be applicable as long as:

• a) you do not use the service associated with such purposes;
• b) the services linked to such purposes are not yet offered.

The use of your data for any other purpose that is not compatible with those described will be communicated before we proceed with the processing.

DASHSKINS will retain your Personal Information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected.

The protection of your privacy is very important to DASHSKINS. Therefore, we do not sell or trade information that identifies our users. We also do not share or transfer your Personal Information to third parties in any way, except as indicated below:

DASHSKINS may assign, transmit, and/or transfer your Personal Information to:

• (i) “Service Providers”: service providers or outsourcing companies are third parties contracted to act on behalf of DASHSKINS to provide services following our instructions and in accordance with what is established in this Privacy Statement, in order to help improve or facilitate operations through our platform, such as:
  • (a) payment methods, intermediaries in payment management or insurance, to obtain payment for the contracted services or products, as well as to provide protection in relation to the purchased products,
  • (b) computer system providers, cloud service providers, database providers, and technology service providers in general,
  • (c) advertising or marketing agencies,
  • (d) data analysis,
  • (e) government entities or companies specialized in risk, with the objective of verifying your information. These Service Providers only access the information strictly necessary for the provision of the agreed services and cannot use them for other purposes that have not been entrusted to them by DASHSKINS.
• (ii) “Public Authorities”: administrative and judicial authorities that, in the exercise of their competence, require information, even if there is no executive or judicial order or subpoena for this purpose, for the following purposes:
  • (a) collaborate in the investigation and report fraud, piracy, infringement of intellectual property rights or any other illegal act, as well as any activity or circumstance that may generate legal liability for DASHSKINS and/or its users;
  • (b) safeguard a public interest, the application or administration of justice, the recognition, exercise, or defense of a right in a judicial or administrative proceeding, and/or the resolution of disputes; and
  • (c) comply with any applicable law, regulation, or legal provision, or some duly substantiated and motivated order from a competent authority.
• (iii) “Developers” within the structure and staff of DASHSKINS.

Likewise, DASHSKINS may, at its discretion, disclose your Personal Information to other users of the Sites and/or Services, entities, or third parties when there are sufficient reasons to believe that your activity is suspected of attempting to commit a crime or harm other people.

You give your express and informed consent for DASHSKINS to assign, transmit, or transfer your Personal Information to the recipients described in this Privacy Statement.

Finally, DASHSKINS will not be responsible for the improper use of your Personal Information by third parties if such third parties have directly collected and/or processed your Personal Information.

The services provided by DASHSKINS require the support of a technological infrastructure, such as servers and cloud services, which may be our own or provided by third parties.

Part of this infrastructure may be established outside of Brazil.

In these cases, DASHSKINS takes measures to protect your data, through contractual clauses or binding corporate rules that impose the same protection measures described in this Privacy Statement.

We will store personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, comply with legal or regulatory requirements, or during the legal statute of limitations for possible legal or contractual liabilities.

After the end of the period, the data will be deleted or anonymized so that no person can be individualized, as permitted by federal regulation.

The user will be responsible for all acts that occur through the use of their nickname and password. If, for any reason, you believe someone knows your password, change it through your security settings on Steam.

DASHSKINS Services are only available to those who have the legal capacity to contract in accordance with applicable regulations. Therefore, if you do not meet this condition, you must not provide your Personal Information.

Through the platform, DASHSKINS may include links to third-party websites, which does not indicate that they belong to or are operated by DASHSKINS. The processing of Personal Information by third parties responsible for these websites is not covered by this Privacy Statement. You acknowledge and accept that DASHSKINS has no control over these websites and that it is not and will not be responsible for the content or services provided by such websites, nor for the way they process your Personal Information, given that you access these websites at your own risk.

Applicable regulations grant you certain rights over your Personal Information:

• (i) confirmation of the existence of the processing of your Personal Information;
• (ii) access;
• (iii) correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated Personal Information;
• (iv) anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary, excessive, or unlawfully processed Personal Information;
• (v) portability of Personal Information;
• (vi) deletion of Personal Information when it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, except in the case of necessary conservation for:
  • (a) the fulfillment of a legal or regulatory obligation;
  • (b) the transfer to third parties for any other reason authorized by law or any regulation that is not the law or regulation that governs the protection of personal data in Brazil, including the Brazilian General Data Protection Law - LGPD (Law No. 13.709/18); or
  • (c) the exclusive use of the controller in an anonymous form;
• (vii) information about the public and private entities with which DASHSKINS has shared your Personal Information;
• (viii) information about the possibility of not giving consent and about the consequences of your refusal;
• (ix) revocation of consent;
• (x) making a complaint to the National Data Protection Authority related to the processing of your Personal Information; and
• (xi) opposing the processing of your Personal Information due to non-compliance with applicable law.

You can make any query, complaint, and/or request regarding your Personal Information by contacting DASHSKINS at the email address [email protected] or via chat on the platform.

In certain cases, we will keep in our files the Personal Information that you have asked us to delete in order to comply with the purposes described in this Privacy Statement or when there is a contractual or legal duty to keep your Personal Information. Once such a purpose is fulfilled, we will proceed to the deletion of your Personal Information.

The user expressly acknowledges and accepts that DASHSKINS may use a behavior monitoring system through the use of “cookies,” “web beacons,” and/or other similar monitoring technologies.

These technologies are used to understand the interests and behavior of those who visit or are users of our website and, in this way, offer a better service or provide related information. We also use the information obtained through cookies to analyze the pages browsed by the visitor or user, the searches performed, improve our commercial and promotional initiatives, display advertising or promotions, banners of interest, news about DASHSKINS, enhance our content and article offerings, personalize said content, presentations, and services, as well as promote and enforce the rules and security of the website. Similarly, we store cookies to offer a more interactive experience on the website, based on the user's actions.

Your personal data obtained through these technologies will not be transferred to third parties in a way other than those described in this Privacy Statement.

Furthermore, "cookies" or other similar systems installed by third parties may be found on certain pages of our websites or used by advertisers outside of DASHSKINS. These Privacy Policies cover the use of “cookies” by DASHSKINS and do not include the use of “cookies” installed by third parties.

Please know that the installation, permanence, and existence of cookies on your computer or device depends on your exclusive will and can be removed whenever you wish. To learn how to remove cookies from the system, contact us at the email address [email protected] or via chat on the platform.

In this sense, you can at any time delete the stored cookies, configure the browser to request approval before storing cookies, or directly prevent the storage of cookies. This procedure is carried out differently in different browsers, and it is necessary to do so on each browser you use.

If you disable cookies, remember that you may not be able to use and enjoy all the features that DASHSKINS offers.

DASHSKINS complies with industry regulations and standards regarding the security measures applicable to your Personal Information.

If DASHSKINS makes any changes to the way Personal Information is managed, we will notify users through our usual channels, such as email, messages, or banners. However, it is the user's responsibility to follow the available updates to the Privacy Policy on the platform.

The provisions set forth in this appendix are applicable exclusively to users and visitors residing in the Federative Republic of Brazil or any other situation where Brazilian laws are applicable.

The collection of your Personal Information is based not only on your express consent, but also:

• (i) on compliance with the legal or regulatory obligations of DASHSKINS;
• (ii) on the regular exercise of rights in judicial, administrative, or arbitration proceedings;
• (iii) on the protection of life and health;
• (iv) on the execution of the commercial and contractual relationship between DASHSKINS and the users; and
• (v) on the legitimate interest of DASHSKINS or third parties.

By visiting the Platforms and using the Services, you, as a natural person aged 18 or older, accept the collection, use, transmission, production, reception, classification, access, reproduction, distribution, management, filing, storage, elimination, evaluation and/or control of information, modification, communication, transfer, dissemination, extraction, or any processing activity (“Processing”) of your personal data and information, as described in this Privacy Statement.

The Privacy Policies will be governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. In the event of any controversy or divergence related to the interpretation, validity, celebration, or fulfillment of said Privacy Policies, you and DASHSKINS declare that you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the City of Curitiba-PR, expressly waiving any other that may correspond to them.
