Below are the terms of use and service of the site www.dashskins.com.br, reading is mandatory for all users of the site.
By accessing and registering on our platform, you agree that you have read these terms and agree with everything stated. If you do not agree with the provisions, do not use the platform, considering that these terms will be applied in full.
DashSkins is a Brazilian Marketplace with the objective of facilitating/intermediating the sale and purchase of digital items related to the game Counter-Strike (CS:GO) among its users, not being characterized as an e-commerce store.
Through our platform, the user can list their digital items ("skins") at the desired price; sell the items directly to DashSkins and purchase items listed by other users.
Currently, the platform is aimed only at the Brazilian public, and it is not the platform's responsibility to adapt to the legislation and regulations of other countries, nor is its use recommended by foreign audiences.
By accessing our services, you agree that any warranties, rights, obligations, or other contractual relationships you may have regarding your Steam and Valve account are also part of the Terms of Use of this document and apply to you in all aspects.
DashSkins has no affiliation with Steam or Valve.
All items on the platform are listed by users and do not belong to DashSkins, therefore, we are not responsible for price changes, item reservations, or item blocks in our BOTs by Steam.
The platform is intended for users over 18 (eighteen) years of age.
If you are under 18 (eighteen) years of age, you may only use DashSkins after reading and accepting the Terms of Service by your legal guardian.
If the legal guardian does not agree with these Terms of Service, do not use the platform. After registration, consent is presumed, and liability may arise.
Registration is free and mandatory to use the platform.
To use DASHSKINS Services, you must register and log in to the platform through your Steam user account, provided by Valve.
Upon logging in, your individual DASHSKINS account will be created automatically, and you must provide your Steam "Trade URL," confirm your email and phone number to then use all the platform's services. It is mandatory that both the email and phone number are confirmed.
The phone number must be confirmed through a code sent via SMS or phone call.
You are solely responsible for managing and protecting your login credentials, maintaining confidentiality, and restricting access to your Account, as well as for all activities that occur with these credentials. It is your responsibility to ensure that the use of the Service on your account complies with any applicable laws or regulations.
If any of the provided data changes, the registration must be updated immediately.
Each user can have up to 2 CPFs linked to their DashSkins account, and this data cannot be changed.
To prevent possible fraud, DashSkins may request proof of CPF ownership or formal authorization for the use of the CPF of parents or guardians from the registered user.
For users who frequently transfer funds, by decision of the platform and aiming for security in financial transactions, identity validation will be requested through the KYC (Know Your Customer) method, which will be linked to the user's registration. The KYC validation is carried out through the Sumsub platform.
The platform's features will be blocked until the user, when requested, completes the identity validation.
DashSkins charges variable fees on the sale values made on the site, which are defined according to the user's total accumulated sales volume.
For the first sale on the site, regardless of the item's value, the applied fee is 10%.
Fees may be changed at any time, with the amendment of the Terms of Service.

Currently, there are five ways to deposit balance on the site.
The fee varies for each method and may be changed at any time, with the update of the Terms of Service.
The fee is related to the internal and manual operation of the site for each method.

After selling an item on our platform, the user can request the withdrawal of their balance to their bank account via PIX. A fixed fee of 2% is charged on the withdrawal amount.
The minimum amount to request a withdrawal is R$20.00.

Withdrawal fees and minimum amounts may be changed at any time, with the amendment of the Terms of Service.
The processing times for deposited funds and requested withdrawals on the platform vary according to the payment method selected by the user and are defined as follows:

The processing times do not consider filling errors or other user-responsible failures and may be changed at any time, with the amendment of the Terms of Service.
DashSkins is not responsible for any payment delays and/or actions by the respective payment service provider. The terms and conditions between the Payment Method and users using the payment services are governed by separate agreements and are not subject to these Terms and Conditions.
DashSkins provides users with various free bonus coupons for deposits.
After applying the coupon in the indicated field, the coupon provides a percentage on the total deposit amount.
The bonus percentage varies according to the coupon used, and the bonus balance must be used only within the platform and cannot be withdrawn under any circumstances.
Coupons can be obtained through partner promotions or on our social media.
DashSkins relies on the good faith of users when using coupons, which serve to complement the deposit amount for item purchases. Users who use coupons only to obtain the bonus and then request the withdrawal of the deposited amount will have the bonus removed immediately. If the user persists in this action, the account will be banned without prior notice.
Other situations classified as bad faith use will also result in the removal of the bonus and possible user ban.
Deposits with promotional coupons that provide more than 2% bonus can only be used for item purchases and/or highlighting listings. The withdrawal function is disabled for these deposits, with the balance converted entirely into "bonus." The user must carefully read the notice displayed in the deposit section before using coupons.
To prevent possible fraud, DashSkins may request additional information before adding the balance after the deposit. If the user does not provide the requested information, the amount will be returned to the original account.
Users who use fraudulent and/or criminal means to use the platform (such as payments through cloned cards or third-party accounts without proper authorization) will have their accounts banned from DashSkins with possible legal liability.
Deposits made on our platform, regardless of the method used, and unknown to the account holder—including cloned cards; unauthorized purchases by family members; scams; among others—are not the responsibility of DashSkins, which commits to providing all available information to assist the affected third party.
DashSkins has no relation to fees charged by MercadoPago and credit card operators, including in the case of installment payments. It is the user's sole responsibility to inquire about any financial costs with the selected payment company before making the deposit.
It is the user's responsibility to fill in all deposit and withdrawal fields correctly. If the data is incorrect, DashSkins is not responsible for delays in operations or even withdrawals to accounts not belonging to the user.
The balance in DashSkins cannot be sold or exchanged and is not transferable to another service or person, nor does it accumulate interest.
DashSkins does not process PIX withdrawals for amounts deposited through MercadoPago/Credit Card under any circumstances. In this case, the request will be deleted, and the withdrawal amount (with the 2% fee charge) will be refunded directly to the payment method/card used.
Deposits made through cryptocurrencies are non-refundable, and DashSkins is not responsible for the unavailability of listings or value changes.
Financial transactions are strictly linked to the 2 CPFs registered on the platform, so deposits and withdrawals involving another CPF will not be processed.
To use DashSkins services, the user must have Steam's "Steam Guard" security and 2-factor authentication system active on their mobile application.
DashSkins is not responsible if the user is unable to withdraw items purchased from the website due to this restriction or any other restriction related to Steam or Valve.
To list their items on the platform, the user must necessarily send them to DashSkins' accounts (BOTs), which will store the item for as long as the user wishes, within the restrictions determined by Steam or until another user purchases this item.
With the implementation of reversible trades by Steam on 07/15/2025, all items sent by users to the BOTs from 07/16/2025 onwards can only be listed after a period of 8 calendar days from the shipment.
The items will be stored in the "my items" tab and, after the 8-day period, the user can create the listing normally.
DashSkins provides a clear warning before sending items to the BOTs about the new item selling rules, and it is the user's responsibility to read it for awareness.
If the seller user reverses the trade, the item will be immediately removed from the platform and cannot be listed after 8 days. In addition, the user may be permanently banned from the platform, by the sole and exclusive decision of DashSkins.
In the event of a reversal by the buyer user, DashSkins will keep the item blocked for 30 calendar days. After this period, the item will be stored in the user's "my items" tab, who can proceed with the withdrawal or sale. The purchase amount will not be refunded in any way, in accordance with topic 15.
DashSkins is not responsible for security breaches in users' Steam accounts, and the user is solely responsible for the results of attempts and successes of malicious sites and other systems that aim to steal their data or items from the Steam inventory (e.g., "API Scam").
It is the user's sole responsibility to verify that they are sending the item to one of the platform's BOTs.
DashSkins' BOTs are level 10 on Steam and are part of the DashSkins Bot’s group. Before sending an item to the platform, the user must verify this information and never accept a trade that is not in line with the information above.
By selecting an item on the platform and clicking the "add to cart" button, the user is not reserving this item; there is a possibility that another user may make the purchase first. The purchase is only guaranteed after the "checkout" confirmation in the "cart" tab.
The prices of the items can be changed at any time by the user who owns the listed item, after it is released for listing.
The user who lists their item can withdraw it from the website at any time, respecting Steam's rules and restrictions, such as the "tradelock" period, which is currently 8 (eight) days.
DashSkins has no connection to the items listed on the website, and is not responsible for losses or blocks during the listing and/or purchase.
Aiming to protect the community and our users from being misled, DashSkins has the right to remove any listings that have inflated prices incompatible with market reality. The incompatibility of values is for the sole and exclusive analysis of DashSkins, and there is no need for justification for it. The items from removed listings will be directed to the "my items" tab, and users who continue to list items with incompatible values after the removal may have their access to DashSkins blocked.
The items related to your ID on the platform are non-transferable to another user with a different ID, except through a completed sale.
DashSkins provides users with the "Suggested Price" of the listed items for a notion of listing value/discount percentage. The suggested value should not be used as the sole basis for purchasing items, considering that it may undergo sudden changes and delays in relation to the current market value of the items.
DashSkins is not responsible for purchases/sales made based on the Suggested Price. Users must seek other sources of market values to finalize purchases and sales.
Users can sell their items directly to DashSkins (instant sale) without incurring any sales fees.
After the item is sent via the instant sale method, the sale balance will be blocked for a period of 8 days, due to the implementation of the reversible trades feature by Steam. After this period, and without a reversal request, the balance will be released for withdrawal normally.
If the user reverses the trade, the balance will be immediately removed from their account. In addition, the user may be permanently banned from the platform, by the sole and exclusive decision of DashSkins.
DashSkins provides a clear warning before sending items to the BOTs about the new item selling rules, and it is the user's responsibility to read it for awareness.
The prices paid for the instant sale option are not the user's choice and are not negotiable.
In this service, the 2% fee for withdrawing funds from an instant sale remains.
Only DashSkins has the prerogative to determine which items and what price can be paid for them in this sales method, and the user has no right to contest it.
Users can sell their items directly to DashSkins (upgrade) without incurring any sales fees.
In the upgrade method, the prices paid are not the user's choice and are not negotiable, always being higher than those offered in the instant sale method.
The balance from the upgrade sale must be used solely and exclusively for the acquisition of other items within the platform, and cannot be withdrawn to the user's bank account.
After the item is sent via the upgrade method, the sale balance will be blocked for a period of 8 days, due to the implementation of the reversible trades feature by Steam. After this period, and without a reversal request, the balance will be released for use on the platform.
DashSkins provides a clear warning before sending items to the BOTs about the new item selling rules, and it is the user's responsibility to read it for awareness.
If the user reverses the trade, the balance will be immediately removed from their account. In addition, the user may be permanently banned from the platform, by the sole and exclusive decision of DashSkins.
The user must carefully read the notice displayed in the upgrade tab before finalizing the sale.
Only DashSkins has the prerogative to determine which items and what price can be paid for them in this sales method, and the user has no right to contest it.
DashSkins is not responsible for cases of API Scam or any other types of violations suffered when sending items to our platform.
It is entirely the user's responsibility to verify if their Steam account has an unknown registered API key before sending items to the site, through the link: https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey
DashSkins provides all necessary information regarding the risks of sending items to the site, so the occurrence of API Scam is solely and exclusively the fault of the user whose Steam account is compromised, with DashSkins having no relation or possible liability for the incident. The responsibility for keeping the account secure and not allowing third-party access lies solely with the user.
It should be noted that DashSkins does not have access to users' Steam accounts and does not store any data that enables fraud.
Additionally, DashSkins provides users with audible and visual warnings in case of canceled trades with our BOT, and it is the user's full obligation to verify such warnings and not accept any trade sent by an account not belonging to DashSkins.
DashSkins BOTs are level 10 on Steam and are part of the DashSkins BOTs group.
DashSkins does not offer refunds, returns, or item exchanges.
All items listed on the platform have a corresponding image, the possibility of in-game inspection, and a complete description: name, wear, float, and availability. The user has full access to this information before purchasing the item.
Furthermore, with regard to the application of Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code, it is necessary to emphasize that the legal provision protects the consumer from purchasing physical products that do not meet expectations or do not match what was advertised at the time of delivery.
In our case, the items for sale on the website have specific details, and it is even possible to check the exact same item you are buying in-game before making the purchase. Therefore, the user understands and agrees with the impossibility of applying the “right of withdrawal.”
Additionally, there is no hidden or apparent defect in a digital item purchase where the user has full knowledge of what they are buying and its specifications.
It is important to note that DashSkins will not issue a refund under any circumstances if the user is unable to withdraw the item from the platform due to having restrictions on their Steam account. The user must verify this information before purchasing the item.
It is emphasized that the items are not owned by DashSkins but by its users.
DashSkins is not responsible if a user buys or sells an item by mistake. It is the user's obligation to verify all information before finalizing a purchase or sale. Note that there are warnings to confirm the sale of low-value items, aimed at preventing errors.
In the event of a trade reversal after the withdrawal of purchased items, the user must contact the platform's support team via email at [email protected], providing the details of the reversed trade. DashSkins will keep the items blocked for 30 calendar days. After this period, the items will be available in the buyer's "my items" tab, who can proceed with the withdrawal or sale.
DashSkins will not, under any circumstances, refund the purchase price of an item in cases of trade reversals.
Under the terms of Law No. 9.279/96, the use of any information related to the DashSkins brand present on the site and on our social media (Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter), such as: logo, slogan, layout, without prior express authorization from the company, is prohibited.
In case of non-compliance with the above, appropriate legal measures will be taken.
DashSkins has a dedicated team to assist its users, to resolve doubts and help with the use of the platform.

Support is available from Monday to Thursday from 8 AM to 11 PM, and on Fridays from 9 AM to 10 PM. During weekends, support is available from 10 AM to 8 PM. Emails will be answered within 3 business days.
The user can request that their DashSkins account be terminated at any time.
To make the request, an email must be sent to the address [email protected] with the site registration information.
